KStar Capitals provides software engineering and consulting services. Specific terms for engagements are outlined in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) entered into between KStar Capitals and clients.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KStar Capitals and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Work product created under client engagements is governed by the applicable MSA, which typically includes full IP assignment to the client upon payment.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KStar Capitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
