How do you handle project timelines and deadlines?
We work in two-week sprints with clear deliverables agreed upon at the start of each sprint. We provide weekly progress updates and use project management tools (Linear, Jira) for full transparency. If scope changes arise, we communicate early and adjust timelines collaboratively.
Do you offer fixed-price or time-and-materials engagements?
We offer both. Fixed-price projects work well for well-defined scopes. For more exploratory or evolving projects, we prefer time-and-materials with weekly billing transparency. We can discuss which model fits your project during our discovery call.
How large is a typical project team?
